MagSelect (“the App”) is a reference tool for sintered NdFeB permanent magnet grade selection, developed by Klas and published in association with Magmax (杭州美磁科技有限公司). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
MagSelect is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
Any preferences or inputs you enter within the App (for example, operating temperature or magnetic performance requirements in the Advisor feature) remain on your device and are not sent to our servers.
The App provides a link to the Magmax corporate website (www.magmax.cn). When you open that link, you leave the App and are subject to the privacy practices of that website. We encourage you to review Magmax’s website policies separately.
If you choose to contact us by email (for example, via the support address shown in the App), we will receive the information you voluntarily include in your message. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry.
MagSelect is intended for professionals and engineers in the magnet industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Because the App does not collect personal data on our servers, there is no remote database of user information to secure. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometric lock.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
